CHARLOTTE — The Charlotte Area Transit System is expected to resume as normal starting Wednesday.
An ice storm over the weekend impacted some major bus and light rail lines.
CATS even stopped services completely for more than 24 hours.
However, now that the storm has passed, operations will return to normal.
