CHARLOTTE — Callie’s Hot Little Biscuit — a grab-and-go version of Callie’s Charleston Biscuits — will offer freebies for those who visit opening day.

Doors will open at 10 a.m. on Jan. 31. Callie’s is located at The Penrose, a luxury multifamily community on Tremont Avenue in South End.
The concept will dish up made-by-hand biscuits and Southern pantry staples.
