Charlotte man sentenced in cocaine trafficking conspiracy

CHARLOTTE, N.C. — A Charlotte man will spend time in federal prison for his part in a cocaine trafficking conspiracy.

David Kennedy was sentenced to more than two years for trying to sell cocaine.

Two other men have already sentenced in the case.

Investigators say they planned to sell cocaine to a man in Mexico.
