CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Charlotte-Mecklenburg police are searching for a missing 15-year-old girl in Charlotte.
Officers said Katelyn Daniel was reported missing around 9:45 p.m. on March 31.
Police said Daniel was last seen around 12 p.m. Wednesday at Urban Ministries on North College Street. She was wearing a red shirt, according to officials.
Daniel is described as being 5 feet, 8 inches tall and weighing 130 pounds.
Authorities said Daniel has a history of running away and may attempt to avoid being found.
Anyone with information on where Daniel may be is asked to call 911.
