Chester police make attempted murder arrest

CHESTER, S.C. — Chester police arrested a man Monday they said shot someone and left them to die.

Travis Price is facing attempted murder charges after police said he shot Robert Williams Jr.

Investigators said they found the victim wounded on the railroad tracks on Lancaster Street on Thursday.
