CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Police are investigating after they said a man was shot during a drive by in east Charlotte overnight.
Officers said the victim drove to his home on Winding Cedar Trail after being shot and called for help.
Investigators told Channel 9 they think the victim knows the shooter, but that he is not cooperating -- not even saying exactly where the shooting happened.
