CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Parents at Crestdale Middle School are demanding answers from Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools after the principal resigned.
Kathleen Richert was suspended in September and now she is stepping down, but CMS is not providing details.
“It's a little disturbing knowing that I have my child going here, and I had no information from the suspension or the resignation,” Teah Burse said. “Just leaves me to guess what else is not being told.”
