Concord man in jail accused of sex crimes with a minor

A Concord man will face a judge Monday after he was accused of taking indecent liberties with a teenager.

Police said Robert Grooms Jr. had inappropriate contact with a 16-year-old between Jan. 1, 2012 and July 2013.

He's in the Cabarrus County jail under a $60,000 bond.
