CONCORD, N.C. — Someone was shot Wednesday afternoon in the parking lot of the Lowe’s Home Improvement store on Concord Parkway North in Concord, police said.
It appears the victim and shooter knew each other and were making a drug deal, according to initial reports.
The victim was in stable condition.
The shooter is not in custody.
The investigation is ongoing.
