Concord police searching for suspect in early morning bar shooting

CONCORD, N.C. — Concord police say they are looking for a person who shot a man in the leg at a local bar early Saturday morning.

Officers responded to Shnaeda’s Bar and Grill at 270 McGill Ave. at 2:40 a.m.

Police said the victim, who is in stable condition after being taken to an area hospital, did not know the shooter, who ran away from the bar immediately after the shooting.
