ROCK HILL, S.C. — Work is well underway on the new Panthers training facility in Rock Hill, and that’s despite a final vote on the project being put on hold Friday.
The vote was a final and formal step between the Panthers and Rock Hill to create a new training facility for the team. City leaders delayed the vote in a special meeting, but did not say why.
Watch the video above as Channel 9′s Anthony Kustura learned Rock Hill’s City Council deferred the vote and spoke with neighbors, who had differing opinions about the future of the 200-acre site.
