CHARLOTTE — Charlotte infill developer Revolve Residential will soon begin construction on its next townhouse project here.

The project, Alloy, will include 16 townhouses at East 36th Street and Spencer streets in the NoDa neighborhood. Revolve rezoned the 0.6-acre site in February. The development is the latest in a string of new residential and commercial projects along 36th Street.
Alloy will include three-story, two-bedroom townhouses ranging from 1,497 to 1,520 square feet. Price points will start from $434,900.
Construction is beginning next month, with expected completion by summer 2022.
