HUNTERSVILLE, N.C. — Foundry Commercial’s plans to build onto its Huntersville industrial footprint are nearing a critical point.
Huntersville’s board of commissioners is scheduled on Aug. 21 to consider a potential decision on Foundry’s rezoning request to allow up to 750,000 square feet of new industrial space on Everette Keith Road. The meeting, should a decision be made there, would mark the culmination of a weeks-long public process to consider approval of the rezoning request.
Foundry has already won a key endorsement.
