CHARLOTTE, N.C. — This Colorado-based restaurant concept will be dishing up breakfast, lunch and brunch from Plaza Midwood.
Snooze has snapped up a 4,170-square-foot space in the One305 Central mixed-use development. That $50 million project sits at the corner of Central and Clement avenues.
The restaurant is targeting a late summer 2019 opening, says Becky Fairchild, who oversees Snooze’s public relations and marketing.
Expect Snooze to dish up a variety of breakfast specialties across the spectrum, including traditional breakfast fare, lighter choices or even indulgent options.
