ROWAN COUNTY, N.C. — Deputies arrested a man they said is a meth dealer who ran from investigators after his mobile meth lab caught fire and burned him.
Rowan County investigators arrested Jessie Woodhull Tuesday.
In early August, investigators said he was admitted to the burn center after his mobile meth lab caught fire.
Deputies said he was working with Joshua Tarlton, who is already facing charges of making and selling meth.
