CHARLOTTE — A 168 unit apartment complex will not be coming to Hidden Valley.
Monday night, Charlotte City Council denied a developer’s plan to build the units across the street from Hunter Park.
The neighborhood association came out against the project.
Councilmember Dante Anderson said the developer didn’t address many of the neighborhood association’s concerns.
