Driver turns himself in after hitting kid on bike and not stopping

LINCOLN COUNTY, N.C. — A driver turned himself in after hitting a kid on a bike and not stopping, troopers said.

Kahne Sellers, 13, was hit on Feb. 4 on Gaston Webbs Chapel Road in Crouse. The SUV kept going.

Sellers had a concussion and a broken toe.

The driver turned himself in in Lincoln County but his name has not been released.

Charges have yet to be filed.
