CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Fire officials said no one was hurt when a South Boulevard restaurant caught fire Wednesday morning.
The owner's son was the first person on the scene at Punta Cana Restaurant after a security company called him.
He said he called 911 after what he thought was a burglar alarm turned out to be a fire.
Fire officials said the fire was accidental and electrical.
The owners said they plan to reopen as soon as possible.
