Felon out on bond for gun charges charged in York shooting

YORK, S.C. — A felon out on bond for gun charges was arrested again Monday morning after a shooting Sunday afternoon on Hall Street in York.

Kenneth Osborne drove to a home, got into an argument and fired his gun from his truck as he drove away, police said.

No one was hurt.

Osborne was arrested around 3:30 a.m.

He was out on bond after being charged last year with pointing a gun at a person.
