CONCORD, N.C. — On Sunday the Ukrainian Congress Committee of America hosted the Ukraine Festival.
The event took place from 12 p.m. to 5 p.m. in the Kettle Room of Cabarrus Brewing Co. on McGill Avenue NW.
The family-friendly festival celebrated Ukrainian Independence Day.
The free event included food, kid activities and musical performances.
