First movie theater in Charlotte area reopening Friday in Indian Land

INDIAN LAND, S.C. — The movies are back -- in South Carolina at least.

The first theater in our viewing area will reopen Friday. The Redstone 14 theater in Indian Land will open for the first time since early spring.

Masks will be required for patrons, except when eating or drinking.

The theater will open at 50% capacity and only seat every other row. Three seats will be left open between groups.

Cleaning crews will also disinfect the theaters between every movie showing.
