First tenant leases space at Park 4077 in Statesville

IREDELL COUNTY, N.C. — The first building for a new industrial park is now open in Iredell County.

NorthPoint Development cut the ribbon Wednesday on the first building at Park 4077, which is on Odessa Drive in Statesville.

Two tenants have leased space in the more than half-a-million-square-foot building, our partners at the Charlotte Business Journal reported.

Three larger buildings are also on the way.
