Former Hornets guard Terry Rozier pleads not guilty to wire fraud, money laundering charges

CHARLOTTE — On Monday, former Hornets guard Terry Rozier pleaded not guilty to charges in a sports betting investigation.

Prosecutors claim Rozier conspired to help friends with bets they placed on his performance.

Rozier entered a plea in federal court to wire fraud and money laundering charges.

He was placed on unpaid leave from the Miami Heat during the investigation.
