Nufabrx currently has around 5,000 square feet at the Manufacturing Solutions Center in Conover. The second phase of the center is under construction now, and the company will move and occupy around 20,000 square feet there when it’s complete. Schindler said he hopes to move into that space in May. Nufabrx has also secured another 7,500-square-foot space in Conover that will be ready for move-in in October.
