GASTONIA, N.C. — Gastonia is considering raising the price of its GoGastonia microtransit service.
Right now, it is $2.50 per ride, or $1.25 for older passengers or those with disabilities.
The city could raise those fares by 50 cents and 25 cents respectively.
The proposal would also include a surcharge for longer rides.
It is part of the budget city leaders will consider on June 2.
