CHARLOTTE — Grocery retailer Aldi will hold a hiring event for its North Carolina-area stores on Thursday.
The chain is looking to hire store manager trainees. The position pays up to $21.60 per hour.
Aldi representatives will be at the Hilton Garden Inn in Concord, located at 7831 Gateway Lane Northwest, Concord, NC 28027.
Residents seeking employment opportunities can meet with employers from 7 a.m. to 2 p.m. or 4 p.m. to 7 p.m.
The job requires the following:
• Must be 18 years or older to apply
• High school diploma or GED
• Must be available to work anytime between 6 a.m. and 11 p.m., Monday - Sunday
• Retail experience preferred
• Management experience required for manager trainees
• Drug screening and background check
• Ability to lift 45 pounds
