PHOTOS: Charlotte hospital celebrates Halloween by dressing up NICU patients

CHARLOTTE — The Novant Health Hemby Children’s Hospital in Charlotte got in the Halloween spirit by dressing up its NICU patients for the occasion.

Babies were dressed as lady bugs, mermaids, M&M’s and other creative characters.
