Hyundai says the brakes on hundreds of thousands of vehicles could activate without warning while you’re behind the wheel.

The company put out a recall for 421,000 Santa Cruz, Tucson, and Tucson Hybrid vehicles.

The model years are 2025 to 2026.

According to Hyundai, this is a software issue.

Dealerships will update it for free.

The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration says four people have been hurt in crashes so far.
