CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Interstate 85 northbound in Charlotte was shut down Sunday morning after a tractor-trailer overturned, blocking all three lanes.

The crash happened around 8:15 a.m. near the Interstate 485 exit at mile marker 48.
Troopers told Channel 9 that the driver overcorrected after changing lanes, causing the truck to overturn.

The driver was taken to a hospital with injuries, but is expected to be OK.
The interstate reopened around 10:30 a.m.
