Investigators make arrests at Mooresville massage parlors

MOORESVILLE, N.C. — Investigators arrested six women Friday after executing search warrants at massage parlors in Mooresville.

The charges were not related to sex or human trafficking, authorities said.

Police did say there was an investigation on sexually-oriented services being performed at those businesses.

Warrants were served at Bella Nova Spa on West Plaza Drive, Moonlight Spa on East Plaza Drive and New Day Spa on Williamson Road.

Police arrested:

  • Amanda Jane Lozano of Salisbury for practicing massage therapy without a license and violation of city ordinance.
  • Ingrid Karina Vides Ventura of Charlotte for practicing massage therapy without a license, violation of city ordinance and prostitution.
  • Yingqin Tian of Rosemead, California for practicing massage therapy without a license, violation of city ordinance.
  • Yanfu Li of Mooresville for practicing massage therapy without a license, violation of city ordinance.
  • Cui Li Tian of Mooresville for practicing massage therapy without a license, violation of city ordinance and prostitution.
  • Lei Yu of Mooresville for practicing massage therapy without a license and violation of city ordinance.
