IREDELL COUNTY, N.C. — Channel 9 has learned that an Iredell County middle school teacher has resigned after being accused of sex crimes.

Iredell-Statesville Schools suspended Christina Davis Jolly with pay in August, days after deputies accused her of sexually assaulting a child.
Police arrested Jolly again last week for allegedly violating her bond and emailing the accuser.
The school district confirmed that Jolly resigned on Aug. 21.
She is currently out of jail on bond.
