KANNAPOLIS, N.C. — A Kannapolis man already in jail for another case was charged with committing sex acts with a child under the age of 13.
Jonathan Mauldin, 35, sexually abused the child four times over the last year, police said.
He's been in jail since May on a felony probation violation. Mauldin is being held on a $100,000 bond.
He's due in court July 16.
