CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Kentucky Fried Chicken will roll out its Beyond Fried Chicken menu in the Charlotte market starting Monday.

Beyond Fried Chicken delivers the look and taste of KFC’s fried chicken — but is a plant-based protein. The fried-chicken chain worked with Beyond Meat to develop a product that delivers the taste and texture of chicken.
