LINCOLN COUNTY, N.C. — Police arrested a man after an investigation led to the seizure of nearly $600,000 worth of cocaine.
The Gastonia Police Department partnered with the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office to investigate suspected drug activity involving Robbie Leon McCall.
Deputies stopped McCall on Sept. 15 and searched his vehicle. They found around 5 kilos of cocaine and took McCall into custody.
Then, investigators got a warrant to search his home in Iron Station, where they seized three additional kilos of cocaine, four pounds of marijuana and two guns.
By the end of the investigation, police had seized nearly 18 pounds of cocaine, an estimated $580,000 worth.
McCall now faces multiple charges, including trafficking cocaine, possession with intent to distribute marijuana and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.
He is being held in the Lincoln County Jail without bond.
