Local restaurateurs snag spot for Uptown Yolk in South End

CHARLOTTE — Husband-and-wife team Greg and Subrina Collier have found a new home for their breakfast-focused concept, Uptown Yolk.

The duo has signed a deal for a 2,850-square-foot ground-level retail space at Vantage South End, at Winnifred and Catherine streets. That $300 million project by the The Spectrum Cos. includes two 11-story office towers and encompasses 635,000 square feet.
