CHARLOTTE — A Kansas-based company recently acquired a Charlotte industrial supplier in business for more than 40 years.
IBT Industrial Solutions acquired Charlotte-based Indesco in a deal announced July 23.
Indesco was founded in Charlotte in 1984 by Tom Knowles. It’s headquartered at 426 Crompton St. in southwest Charlotte and services clients across the Southeast from that location.
