CHARLOTTE, N.C.,None — Tyler Lowe was arrested Sunday after police say he caused a deadly wreck in Ballantyne on Friday.
Lowe faces involuntary manslaughter and reckless driving charges.
A witness said Lowe floored it when the light turned red, swerved around two stopped cars and ran the light at Johnston road and Providence road west.
Investigators say Lowe t-boned the victim’s car driven by Alan Shuart.
Shuart died at the scene.
