CHARLOTTE — A man arrested in connection with a missing woman is facing new charges, Charlotte police said.
Allan Spencer is now charged with kidnapping, assault on a female and battery of an unborn child.
He was initially charged with breaking-and-entering with the intent to terrorize after police said a 21-year-old woman disappeared in University City.
She has been located.
