STATESVILLE, N.C. — At least one of the men accused of shooting two brothers in Statesville Friday is expected to appear in court Monday.
Statesville Police arrested and charged 18-year-old Azontay Sherrill Saturday night. The second suspect, 19-year-old Quilton Kasey, turned himself in to police on Sunday.

Both men are charged with felony murder, assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill, inflicting serious injury and felony conspiracy. Sherill is being held without bond in the Iredell County Detention Center.
Officials said one of the victims, Marcus Moore, 24, was taken from Deaton Street to a hospital, where he later died from his injuries.
A second victim, identifed on Sunday as Timothy Moore, showed up at the hospital later Friday evening and received medical care. He is expected to survive.
