CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Alliance Residential Co. this year will break ground on its next Charlotte project after closing this week on a land purchase.
The Arizona-based developer paid $10 million for about 3 acres on North Brevard Street, between East 23rd and 24th streets, according to Mecklenburg County real estate records. There, Alliance will develop Broadstone Optimist Park, a 323-unit apartment development.
The project will begin construction in the coming months and deliver in early 2023, Alliance says.
