CHARLOTTE — A developer has purchased a site in north Charlotte that is permitted for hundreds of residential units.
Last month, Greystar bought a 49-acre site on Hucks Road for nearly $24.6 million, according to Mecklenburg County real estate records.
The site is permitted for 516 multifamily residential units, including 402 apartments and 114 townhomes. Greystar plans to break ground on an apartment complex there later this summer.
