CHARLOTTE, N.C. — A Texas-based company that designs, builds and manages active-adult communities will make its debut in the local market next year with the opening of Sage Highland Creek, a 184-unit, age-restricted complex spanning 11 acres in north Charlotte.
Developer Sparrow Capital Partners says the community will boast resort-style amenities and a full-time activities director to coordinate a daily schedule to include happy hours, group outings, wine tastings, cooking classes, game nights and fitness classes.
Residents, who must be age 62 or older, are expected to begin moving in by summer 2020.
