CHARLOTTE — There’s a new restaurant open in the Mountain Island area of northwest Charlotte, and it aims to be a hot spot for local sports fans.

The Jackie Boy’s Grill & Tap at 2910 Mount Holly-Huntersville Road marks a second location for the brand. Its first restaurant in Concord launched just as the Covid-19 pandemic shut down the world in the spring of 2020.
