Lincoln Harris is developing Legacy Union, a 10-acre, multiphase development that spans two contiguous city blocks. Legacy Union now includes Bank of America Tower and Honeywell Tower as well as 650 South Tryon at Legacy Union, home to Deloitte and JLL. There’s also a parking deck on site.

Lincoln Harris and Goldman Sachs acquired the land, a large portion of which was formerly home to The Charlotte Observer, for $37.5 million in 2016.
