WAXHAW, N.C. — Walmart will hire up to 95 associates to work at the new Walmart Neighborhood Market slated to open in the winter in Waxhaw.
A temporary hiring center has opened at 101 Waxhaw Professional Park Drive, Suite F.
Applications will be accepted from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday. Interested applicants may apply online.
Through Walmart's Veterans Welcome Home Commitment, the company will offer a job to any qualified veteran who has been honorably discharged within the past 12 months.

According to store manager Anna Stickle, the store will be hiring both full- and part-time associates.
