CALDWELL COUNTY, N.C. — Caldwell County Department of Social Services officials are working with a national organization to find a teenager who hasn't been seen since August.
Makayla Worley, 16, left a youth shelter in Gastonia on August 31, officials said.
They believe she's in the Gaston or Mecklenburg county area.
Worley also goes by Kayla and has brown hair, brown eyes, is 5 feet 8 inches tall and weighs about 200 pounds.
