CHARLOTTE — Trane Technologies chair and CEO David Regnery landed a compensation package last year that will likely keep him among the Charlotte area’s highest-paid chief executives.
Regnery’s pay package in 2024 had a total value of $28.2 million, according to a recent filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. That total came in more than 23% above his compensation package in 2023.
Regnery’s pay last year was also more than double his compensation of $12.8 million in 2022, which marked his first full year as Trane’s CEO.
