Party bus company adapts to COVID-19 restrictions, helps community

CHARLOTTE — North Carolina Gov. Roy Cooper could announce next week if the state will move into phase three of reopening.

Small businesses still closed under phase two restrictions are facing major setbacks.

The Sugar and Spice Party Bus hosts celebrations in the Charlotte area, but because of COVID-19 and social distancing, the owner has not been able to use the bus for parties.
