NORTH CAROLINA — Former CIA Director David Petraeus is scheduled to speak publicly Tuesday night for the first time since resigning in disgrace and he is expected to apologize for his affair with a Charlotte woman.
Petraeus is set to deliver the keynote address at the University of Southern California's ROTC Dinner.
The FBI uncovered his relationship with biographer Paula Broadwell while investigating emails that she sent to another woman.
The speech is scheduled for midnight Eastern time.
