The Peculiar Rabbit is on the market for $850,000. The sale means the Peculiar Rabbit could live on — or a new concept could fill that 8,025-square-foot space, says Rusty Gibbs, with The Nichols Co., who is handling the transaction.

The price tag includes a new lease for the space with up to 15 years of options. Gibbs notes the property has been priced competitively.

“This is an extremely rare opportunity,” Gibbs says. “We’ve had a lot of interest.”
